Title: Bataille de Paris.

Antique print, The Battle of Paris, which took place March 30, 1814 was against the French army allied against the Empire of Napoleon European forces.
The French defeat marked the end of military operations of the Campaign of France and led to the first abdication of Napoleon and the Restoration of the Bourbons.

(Yung) Théodore Rousseau (1803-65), a military painter, his works were made for the Ministry of War.
The young Théodore Rousseau, founder of the Barbizon school, exhibited works from 1831 to 1835 at the Salon de Paris.
