Title: Gandavum -  Gent.

Description: A well engraved map by Gabriel Bodenehr the Elder, he was a Swiss cartograver who worked in Augsburg. He created many topographical views and plans of European and the North African cities.

G. Bodenehr, (1664-1758) Son of Johann Georg Bodenehr (1631-1703) from a family dynasty of engravers and publishers. German engraver and mapmaker of Augsburg.

In 1716 Johann Georg Bodenehr bought the copper plates of Johann Stridbeck, and published them in several editions.
