Title: Groninga opuleta populosa, et valide contra hostiles infultus minita Phrisie urbs Prolemeo Phileum, constracta et denominata a Grunno Authenoris Regis Francorum fre.

Description: Groningen Bird's-eye plan of the city and environment, with two goat of arms and a cartouche with two figures in traditional dress at lower map.

Cartographer: Jacob Roelofs van Deventer, was a Dutch cartographer who made the oldest series of maps of Dutch cities of his time.
He became in 1543 Royal Geographer.
