Title: Carte des Isles decouverte aux environs D’Otahiti, dans plusieurs Voyages faite autour Du Monde Par les Capitaines Byron, Wallis, Carteret et Cook en 1765, 1767, 1769.

Cook’s Passage Through the Society Islands, the map shows the voyages of Capt. Wallis, Captain Carteret, Lieutenant Cook, Commodore Byron and Capt. Mouat, Georg Byron to the islands in the Pacific Oceans halfway between South America and Australia.
This is an original engraving from the time as listed, not a later 1800 edition.
