Interesting small map of the Dutch Republic, The United Provinces was a federation of seven states that won independence from Spain and it grew out of the Union of Utrecht and later to the Netherlands.
The United Provinces were, Holland, Zeeland, Gelderland, Utrecht, Friesland, Overijssel and Groningen.

Mapmaker: Gilles Robert de Vaugondy (1688–1766), also known as Le Sieur or Monsieur Robert, and his son, Didier Robert de Vaugondy (c.1723–1786), were leading mapmakers in France during the 1700s.

Size: 15 x 15.5 cm. 6 x 6.25 inches + borders.
Condition: Good, light spots in borders.
